Please keep supporting us!

Please take some time to comment on our posts! It helps us know how we're doing! Thanks for the time! :)

What to look for

The people that usually inflict self harm are teens from the age of 14-23. It has been statistically noted that 87% of cutters are females. The thing that parents need to know is that self harm doesn't always lead to suicide. Weight loss can be the first sign of self harm. The second sign is that they aren't going out as much. Look for changes in personality and appearance. If you suspect someone you know is harming themselves, please help them.

Do something to help!

Giving someone support is the best way to stop them from hurting themselves. Morale support is better than pills. Talk to the person that you care about, listen to their problems. If the person doesn't want to talk about it, respect their privacy. For more information, go to http://bit.ly/16oi4a
